How does the process of purchasing electronic equipment work?

	Completing the Specification in the XLS File You will receive a table in an XLS (MS Excel) file from us. Please complete it according to the guidelines provided and send it back to us for a free valuation.
	Transport of Equipment to Our Headquarters Prepare the equipment for shipping and secure it in boxes or on a pallet. We will cover the cost of the pickup.
	Conducting a Detailed Audit We will perform thorough tests on the submitted equipment, checking its technical condition and configuration accuracy.
	Final Pricing Terms After completing the audit, we will determine the final pricing terms.
	Data Cleaning All hard drives provided to us will be permanently wiped of data. We use a certified system that complies with standards, including ISO regulations.
	Invoice and Conclusion You issue us an invoice, and we make the payment to your account.

What types of computer equipment will we buy back?

Basic Conditions for Buying Back Computer Equipment

• The minimum quantity of computer equipment is 5 units.
• For laptops and desktop computers, we buy back equipment from the following brands: Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Fujitsu. Other brands will be consulted individually.
• Laptops and computers with Intel processors: the oldest models we will buy back are from the 2nd generation of “Intel Core i” processors.
• Laptops and computers with AMD processors: the oldest models we will buy back are those manufactured after 2015.
• Phones and tablets: the oldest models we will buy back are those manufactured after 2017.
